Note

How this started

I learned this because I needed it. The school's books were spreadsheets I'd built to survive the term, and when the spreadsheets stopped holding, I learned React so they wouldn't have to.

Everything since has arrived the same way — something a person near me actually needed, built until it worked. Ten of them this year, most of them in the evenings.

That's the work I'm after: real records, real users, no enterprise budget, and no patience for software that doesn't match how the place already runs. The ledger's open.
